How to change your voucher into a valid ticket

You have purchased a voucher for our CityTourCard Munich at GetYourGuide, Musement or Booking.com? Then you have to exchange this voucher for a valid ticket before you start your journey. DB Travel Center Munich Airport

You will find the DB Reisezentrum in Terminal 1, the central area, where car rental, stores (including FC Bayern), and a supermarket are located.

S-Bahn Customer Center

The S-Bahn Munich Customer Center is located on the mezzanine floor. Access is from the main station hall via the barrier-free entrances to the mezzanine floor at platform 25/26.

Please take the exit in the direction of Arnulfstraße. Go down the escalators and you will see the S-Bahn Munich Customer Center on the left. A little tip for orientation: next door is the Richart bakery.
