The Hoftheater - Munich's new stage!

Founded in 2021, the Hoftheater in the Stemmerhof on Sendlinger Berg is a small, fine, non-profit stage with just under 100 seats. On the one hand, they see themselves as a Sendlinger district theater with artistic as well as social standards in its programming, and on the other hand, as a venue and artistic home for its protagonists.

Here, visitors can experience plays, music, children's theater, cabaret and much more at close quarters in a lovingly designed feel-good place. Among them are top-class casts and musicians, including Diana Körner, Peter Kremer, Ursula Buschhorn and Benedikt Zimmermann. You can often meet the artists after the performance at the cozy TheaterBar, which always opens an hour before the performance. The exchange between them and their audience is particularly important to the makers of the Hoftheater and one of the endearing advantages of a small house.

Information about the box office

The box office at the Hoftheater München always opens one hour before the performance begins. Tickets that have not yet been paid for must be collected at the box office up to 30 minutes before the performance. The auditorium also opens one hour before the performance.
