The only cheese manufactory in the city

The Münchner Käse Manufaktur is Munich's first and only cheese factory. In the middle of the city, cheese lovers can experience cheese-making in the glass production facility. In the small cheese store with a few tables, there is cheese to try, along with a few cold dishes and wine.

Artisan cheese at the Viktualienmarkt

The three cheese boys also run a stall at the Viktualienmarkt - the culinary heart of the city. In addition to their own artisan cheeses, they have wonderful cheese treasures from cheesemaker friends. The keyword here is “artisan cheese”.

For visitors to the city, there is one thing in particular: the wonderfully crispy and melting grilled cheese sandwich at the Viktualienmarkt. Matured Gruyere, vintage cheddar and handmade pickles from a chef friend in the Westend. A must for every cheese fan!

The start-up is attracting a lot of interest in Munich. Strong partners such as Feinkost Dallmayr in the center of Munich sell the cheeses. The three founders also count Munich's most highly decorated chef, Jan Hartwig (3-star Michelin), and the Michelin-starred restaurant Mural Farmhouse among their partners.
