MUCA (Museum of Urban and Contemporary Art): S-Bahn Stop Marienplatz

Street art as an art form of the 21st century is rightly regarded as a globally celebrated phenomenon, but it has still not arrived sufficiently in the art discourse. With its program, MUCA aims to inscribe street art in art history and build a bridge between the international professional audience, artists and the public.

Kindermuseum: S-Bahn Stop Hauptbahnhof

The museum was established over 25 years ago. Since 1995, the Children's Museum has been located in what is probably Munich's most central location, the main train station. A place that invites everyone to join in, play along, experiment and tinker, try things out and do research.

Georg Maiers Iberl Bühne: Bayerisches Wirtshaustheater: S-Bahn Stop Stachus 

The Iberl Bühne has been a cult in Munich for decades. Among its greatest successes is the Grattler Opera, which has been performed over 1000 times since 1978. The premises, which have been completely renovated by the Augustiner Brewery, are specially tailored to the theater and the individual needs of the long-established stage. Thanks to air conditioning, you sit in a pleasantly tempered room in summer and winter.
