Our focus in 2024 is clearly on further increasing the proportion of Bavarian vegan dishes. Guests can look forward to really tasty and nutritious organic vegan dishes.

A clear and unambiguous focus on organic regional food, climate protection and sustainability right from the start.
Do I have to reserve a table at the Klinglwirt?
Not necessarily, but it is recommended at the weekend and in the run-up to Christmas.
How can restaurant guests contribute to greater sustainability and climate protection?
Eat fewer animal products, especially less beef and dairy products, and prefer more plant-based and organic products instead. Avoid waste and food waste by avoiding disposable packaging and/or ordering small portions.
